A Service Valet is typically responsible for assisting customers with their vehicles providing valet services at designated locations such as hotels restaurants or events.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers courteously and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
Other duties as assigned
Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request ensuring efficient and timely service.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries directions and any additional requests they may have.
Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate as necessary.
Handle vehicles with care ensuring no damage occurs during the valet process.
Report any damages or issues with vehicles immediately to the appropriate personnel.
Keep the valet area clean and organized.
Perform routine inspections to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.
Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and customers.
Provide clear instructions to customers regarding valet procedures.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
