Commercial Lines Team Lead Hybrid (Boston MA)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree required.
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- 35 years of experience working in commercial insurance.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong familiarity with complex commercial coverages.
- Experience with an agency management system (AMS360 or EPIC preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
- High level of integrity professionalism reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
