PROJECT

We are looking for a Developer Experience Product Owner to shape and enhance the developer experience across the EDO SW Performance organization. You will be the voice of our developers ensuring that tools processes and environments enable productivity satisfaction and high-quality software delivery. This is a unique role that combines product ownership with a deep understanding of internal user needs along with the opportunity to explore AI-driven improvements in software development.

YOU WILL

• Define the vision and roadmap for developer experience initiatives making sure they align with business goals.
• Work closely with engineers team leads and platform teams to identify bottlenecks pain points and opportunities to improve workflows.
• Lead projects to optimize CI/CD pipelines internal tools and development environments.
• Introduce and promote AI technologies that enhance productivity automation and code quality.
• Measure impact through developer satisfaction metrics and other KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Advocate best practices and ensure teams are empowered to adopt new tools and processes smoothly.

MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development.
• Familiarity with developer workflows Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable improvements.
• Skills in stakeholder management and communication able to collaborate across global teams.
• Knowledge or interest in AI technologies applicable to software development processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Git CI/CD platforms and development/monitoring tools such as Windriver Studio or Grafana.

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in large-scale distributed software organizations.
• Familiarity with measuring developer experience and driving adoption of internal tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks or tools relevant to software engineering.
