We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team! You will be the first dedicated recruiting hire and will have the opportunity to implement best practices and processes from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to position rePurpose for scale over the next three years. This role offers the chance to directly contribute to rePurposes mission in a collaborative and engaging work environment. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Go-To-Market (Sales Marketing Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering Product) roles ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines for our scaling business.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements develop job descriptions and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical functions leveraging sourcing tools networks and events to meet future hiring needs.
Partner with marketing and leadership to promote the companys unique value proposition to candidates enhancing visibility and appeal within the competitive market.
Utilize metrics and data insights to track recruiting performance identify areas for improvement and drive informed hiring decisions.

What We Are Looking For:

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
Expertise in leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing platforms and creative methods to identify and engage top talent.
Comfort working in a fast-paced scaling environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers senior leaders and cross-functional teams providing strategic guidance and support.
Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals while maintaining a focus on quality diversity and candidate experience.

Remuneration

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location the roles scope and complexity and the candidates experience and expertise and may vary from the range provided below.
For roles based in New York City the estimated compensation for the role is $45.00 - $53.00/ hour.

We offer a flexible salary range for this job posting that will be customized based on the qualifications of the chosen candidate. Our compensation strategy takes into account various factors including education experience knowledge skills abilities internal equity and market alignment. Location Preference:

The role is remote. We also have our head office in New York City at 1460 Broadway where we meet once every quarter. We have a truly global team - with members across Miami New York Philadelphia Los Angeles London Nairobi Bangalore Delhi Mumbai and Jakarta.
