Job Summary
As the Cluster Director of Sales - Food & Beverage the incumbent will have direct responsibility to drive Sales and F&B revenues in all restaurants/outlets/bars across the designated hotels.
The incumbent will work closely with the specialist teams (F&B Directors F&B Revenue Team F&B Digital Marketing Team PR & MARCOM Team etc.) to maximize revenues related to Food & Beverage Business.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related subject.
- 5 years of Food & Beverage sales and marketing experience.
- A consumer retail/F&B Operations background is a must.
- Ability to drive Sales and F&B revenues in all restaurants/outlets/bars across the designated hotels.
- Strong strategic mindset with pro-activeness to drive the commercial target.
- Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organizations of designated properties.
- Strong sense of business development and relationship building with clients and new F&B businesses.
- Result-oriented self-motivated strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
