As a Lead Frontend Engineer (React) you will:

• Drive the strategic direction of front-end development ensuring alignment with business goals
• Inspire and mentor your team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Architect and build high-performance scalable web applications that enhance user experience
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and timelines
• Utilize the use of modern development practices and tools introducing best practices to improve efficiency
• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects balancing quality with speed
• Contribute to decision-making processes at both a technical and operational level influencing the direction of future projects

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 6 years of relevant experience in software development
• Proven experience leading a team of developers
• Strong communication skills especially in collaborating with delivery groups
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
• Expertise in the following technologies: JavaScript TypeScript React UI/UX Design HTML/CSS RESTful APIs
