Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research collect data and perform quantitative analysis to support project planning decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance & Monitoring: Assist in project quality assurance monitoring and evaluation to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans risk registers change requests and status reports using appropriate tools and software.
  • Administrative & Logistical Support: Provide support to the project team by organizing meetings preparing test sessions taking minutes and reporting progress.

Qualifications :

Education & Certification

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Business Management)
  • Certification in Project Management (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and coordination
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Support Officer
  • Experience in project documentation management
  • Experience providing administrative and logistical support to project teams
  • Experience working on IT projects
  • Experience in the public sector especially related to procurement regulations (preferred)
  • Experience in the utilities sector ideally with a DGO (nice to have)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project)
  • Broad understanding of IT architectures
  • Knowledge of business and financial aspects of IT project management

  • Ability to structure information clearly
  • Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences
  • Clear and concise expression
  • Teamwork and leadership capabilities
  • Problem-solving and time management
  • Positive proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Languages

  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch French and English
