Sweep mop scrub vacuum and polish floors.
Job Summary Details:
A Floor Tech is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness safety and appearance of floors in commercial healthcare educational and industrial facilities. This includes cleaning polishing repairing and protecting various types of flooring using specialized equipment and chemicals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in floor maintenance or janitorial services (13 years preferred).
Responsibilities:
Sweep mop scrub vacuum and polish floors.
- Strip wax and buff hard surface floors.
- Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning.
- Remove stains and debris from carpets and floors.
- Dust baseboards vents and other surfaces.
