What Youll Do:

• You will design and develop and creative tooling fixture solutions that adapt off-the shelf portable machining tools for custom steam and gas turbine repair applications.
• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment embracing and driving positive change within and outside the organization when appropriate.
• Use your creativity to fabricate standard and special jigs fixtures gages tools assemblies and more.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams across the GE Vernova organization to manage process and product improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution to quality and technical issues in a cross-functional collaborative manner.

What Youll Bring (Basic Qualifications):

• Engineering or related bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical fields.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Tool Fixture design or CNC machining
• Min. 3 years of experience with graphical based CAD/CAM software
• Min. 3 years of practical experience in four (4) or more of the following categories of machines or processes: Lathes mills operator-controlled precision grinding drills heat treat or cutter grind with the ability to hold close tolerances (/- 0.001).

For U.S. based candidates only for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements the base pay range for this position is $98400.00 - $164000.00 USD USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education geographic location and skill set.

This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least Nov 8th/2025
