主な業務

日本の自動車メーカーのエンジニアと連携しXC製品の仕様調整カリブレーションおよびシステム評価
例) ナビゲーションインフォテイメント製品
グローバルのBoschのエンジニアと共に事象の調査原因分析と対策の検討
ソフトウェア更新インテグレーションおよび評価
日本の自動車メーカーの要求期待値の把握とBoschプロジェクトチームへの展開
実務やトレーニングを通した知見の向上維持やノウハウの蓄積展開

Resident Engineer who are working together with Japanese OEM engineers and carry out tasks for products of overall Cross-domain Computing Solution Business (XC) Division at customer site.
This is a very challenging role to be responsible for providing value to customers with high sincerity as a representative of Bosch at nearest position to them.

What you do:

Work with Japanese OEM engineers to specify calibrate or evaluate products of Cross-domain Computing Solution Business Division
Ex) Car Navigation / Infotainment products
Investigate issues cause analysis and consider countermeasures with global Bosch engineers
Software update integration and evaluation
Elicit requirements or expectations from Japanese OEM and share them with Bosch project team
Improve and maintain competence store and share know-how obtained via task execution or training

Qualifications :

応募資格

ソフトウェアやハードウェアエンジニアリングに関する基礎的な知識経験
日本語(N3以上)および英語によるコミュニケーション能力
迅速に現場に赴いて問題解決を図る行動力
お客さまの近くでの作業で協力関係を構築するスキル
日本の自動車運転免許

あると望ましい

CANalyzer CANoeなどの評価ツールの使用経験
JIRAなどの管理ツールの利用経験
製品開発の流れについての基本的な知識や経験
チームのリーダー / サブリーダーの経験
自動車業界での業務経験
カスタマーとの折衝経験

Mandatory

Basic knowledge and experience of Software or Hardware
Communication skill in Japanese(N3 or more) or English
Readiness to travel and work at customer locations
Enjoy close contact and cooperation with customers
Drivers License in Japan

Preferable

Experience of evaluation tool such as CANAnalyzer CANoe.
Experience of management tool such as JIRA.
Basic knowledge and experience of workflow for product development
Experience of Leader or Sub-leader of a team.
Job experience in Automotive Industry.
Experience of customer negotiation.
