Job Summary
- Installing configuring and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Developing customizations and integrations to support business processes and new ERP functionalities based on certain specifications
- Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommending solutions
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues; providing support to users; managing user permission and security
- Creating reports and queries to support data analysis
- Collaborating closely with the ERP vendor and external providers of software platforms to ensure systems availability and optimal performance
- Creating and maintaining system and user documentation; training users
- Participating in ad hoc projects and supporting other system projects as needed
Qualifications :
- At least 4-5 years of similar experience administering an ERP system; Hands on experience with EnterSoft ERP is a must
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or other related disciplines
- Hands on experience with SQL Server databases (Queries)
- Ability to document processes and technical knowledge in clear easily understood documentation (requirements specifications testing protocols)
- Ability to estimate/forecast time to complete specified project tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize
- Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
