Qualifications / Skills to be successful:

Were looking for graduates who:

Have (or are expecting) a degree in Mechanical Engineering
Are curious about how things are designed and built
Enjoy applying mathematical principles to solve real-world problems
Have an interest in tools like Inventor SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Love tackling challenges and thinking logically
Can clearly communicate ideas and work well in a team
Are self-motivated and eager to learn

To join our Graduate Scheme you must:

 Be a UK sole national and a UK resident
Be able to obtain at least Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
Be open to relocation or travel within the UK (relocation support is provided!)
