Job Summary

  • Represent explain and promote data governance principles across the program and organization
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive data architecture across all systems applications and services
  • Maintain and consolidate mapping of data flows including applications business objects data sets data consumers and users
  • Understand the current data landscape including storage mechanisms and movement flows; ensure alignment of future-state architecture with strategic data principles
  • Partner with architecture governance and external stakeholders to implement and enforce data governance rules
  • Define standards for data interfaces and support secure compliant data exchange practices
  • Manage data-related risks access controls and security requirements
  • Drive data transformation efforts ensuring correct handling of all transferred data (databases file systems SaaS-based repositories etc.)
  • Act as the local Data Architect and ultimate decision-maker for data-related IT matters
  • Support junior and semi-junior resources through internal mentoring
  • Travel to other program sites may be required for coordination and support activities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Management or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in data governance data architecture or enterprise data management preferably in a PMI or enterprise transformation context
  • Proven ability to map data flows across complex environments and ensure consistency across systems
  • Strong understanding of data modeling integration and secure data handling practices
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to enforce standards across technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting data transitions across legacy systems SaaS platforms and cloud environments
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving data challenges during transformation
