Job Summary
Pay Rates Starting between: $19.25 - $31.80 / hour
The Representative Guest Services candidate must be customer service oriented capable of multi-tasking & problem solving. Excellent phone skills are a must. Candidate must have basic computer skills bilingual Spanish/English preferred. The Commercial Customer Service Representatives primary focus is to assist customers and SC Sales staff place fuel/oil orders and work with SC Dispatch to coordinate deliveries. Additional tasks include fielding customer questions on product information account and delivery status.
Customer Service
- Answer calls emails and faxes from customers and/or Sales Staff placing orders.
- Work with Operations to ensure deliveries meet customer needs & timelines.
- Answer basic customer questions regarding products including pack sizes availability & pricing.
- Set up new delivery locations
- Input orders into SC Billing System & Dispatch Module
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Bilingual preferred
Additional Information :
Schedule: Typical work schedule would be M-F (8:00AM to 5:00PM). However work schedule may fluctuate depending on customer demand and market conditions.
