As a Finance Transformation Consultant at EY youll tackle one of the most important questions we address every day: How can strategic vision technology and leadership drive CFO success

Youll work with CFOs and their teams to transform finance from traditional stewardship into a strategic partner and catalyst for enterprise-wide value. Using your expertise in finance and technology youll help design agile future-ready finance functions that are intelligent data-driven and connected.

The Opportunity

Our Finance Transformation team delivers globally integrated services to help clients build finance functions that are business-focused technology-enabled and agile.

Todays and tomorrows CFOs face evolving priorities from building touchless finance operations to embedding AI GenAI and digital agents that enhance productivity and decision-making. EY research on Top 10 CFO Priorities shows that future-ready finance leaders combine digital fluency with strategic vision and we help them get there.

Sample projects include:

• Agile Finance Strategy & Transformation designing digital finance visions target operating models and innovation-led functions that align finance business and technology to deliver enterprise-wide impact.
• Global Business Services building high-performing internationally integrated operating models by simplifying and standardizing processes leveraging automation and digital tools and applying location strategy insights to optimize global delivery and resource allocation.
• Value and Performance Management implementing advanced planning reporting and analytics solutions that enable finance to provide actionable insights and drive sustainable long-term value.

Across these projects we integrate leading platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Power BI ServiceNow HighRadius alongside AI/GenAI automation and digital solutions transforming finance into a strategic insight-driven function that delivers measurable business outcomes.

Ideally You Will Also Have:

• 25 years of experience delivering finance transformation in consulting or industry.
• Strong academic background ideally a masters degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience improving transactional processes (Order to Cash Procure to Pay Record to Report) and/or FP&A.
• Experience with leading finance and analytics platforms: SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Power BI ServiceNow HighRadius or similar.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation projects including:
• ERP or Business Performance Management implementations as a finance or FP&A subject matter expert.
• Reporting transformation using Business Intelligence data analytics and visualization tools.
• Program/project management for enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI/GenAI integration.
• Global perspective experience working across geographies or international teams.
