Job Summary
What youll do:
- Support the Groups Sales & Events team with day-to-day operations.
- Assist in managing group bookings event inquiries and proposals.
- Help coordinate details to make sure every event runs smoothly.
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Learn how we turn creative ideas into successful events.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Youre studying hospitality events or a related field (ideally in your last year of studies)
- Youre available for at least 6 months from February 2026.
- Youre comfortable communicating in both French and English any other language is a plus!
- Youre proactive curious and eager to learn.
- You enjoy working with people and have a flair for organization.
- You bring good vibes a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
