Job Summary
This role offers variety with opportunities to work across Cocos Kitchen Bar the Pool Bar and banqueting events - from breakfast through to dinner and large-scale functions. With shifts available in both AM and PM periods no two days are the same making it a great opportunity to gain diverse experience in a premium hotel setting.

What youll be doing:
- Providing warm attentive service across restaurant pool bar and event settings
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally
- Setting up operating and packing down dining and function spaces
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness presentation and hygiene
- Recommending menu items and upselling where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming team culture
Qualifications :

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A friendly guest-focused attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
- Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role
- A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
