What You Will Achieve
You will be a key driver in Pfizers clinical trial operations focusing on strategic relationship management with Site Organizations and ensuring high-quality execution across the portfolio. Your work will support the development of scalable frameworks risk mitigation strategies and operational excellence in trial delivery.
How You Will Achieve It
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Site Organizations at the C-suite level through a centralized model.
Serve as the primary contact for relationship management issue resolution and escalation.
Follow up on issues and ensure closure with Site Organizations.
Implement a strategic enterprise roadmap to scale Site Organizations across the portfolio.
Apply a customer relationship management approach and scorecard for continuous improvement.
Conduct and maintain Site Organization Assessments under a quality framework.
Review standard operational practices to identify gaps and risks.
Capture and manage risk controls for Site Organizations in IRMS.
Collaborate with study teams and management to resolve discrepancies and ensure guideline adherence.
Oversee the curation of all sites within a Site Organization for comprehensive oversight.
Qualifications
Must-Have
BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when collaborating across various regions and countries
Attention to detail and technical expertise such as proficiency in spreadsheets metrics and data flow management
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactively identifying and mitigating risks around study execution
Nice-to-Have
Demonstrated ability to interpret study and site-level data translating findings to identify potential risks
Experience in developing and implementing new processes within an organization
Strong analytical skills and ability to review metrics across the organization/enterprise/portfolio for trends
