Site Organization Oversight Lead (Secondment 12 Months)

What You Will Achieve

You will be a key driver in Pfizers clinical trial operations focusing on strategic relationship management with Site Organizations and ensuring high-quality execution across the portfolio. Your work will support the development of scalable frameworks risk mitigation strategies and operational excellence in trial delivery.

How You Will Achieve It

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Site Organizations at the C-suite level through a centralized model.

• Serve as the primary contact for relationship management issue resolution and escalation.

• Follow up on issues and ensure closure with Site Organizations.

• Implement a strategic enterprise roadmap to scale Site Organizations across the portfolio.

• Apply a customer relationship management approach and scorecard for continuous improvement.

• Conduct and maintain Site Organization Assessments under a quality framework.

• Review standard operational practices to identify gaps and risks.

• Capture and manage risk controls for Site Organizations in IRMS.

• Collaborate with study teams and management to resolve discrepancies and ensure guideline adherence.

• Oversee the curation of all sites within a Site Organization for comprehensive oversight.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when collaborating across various regions and countries

• Attention to detail and technical expertise such as proficiency in spreadsheets metrics and data flow management

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks around study execution

Nice-to-Have

• Demonstrated ability to interpret study and site-level data translating findings to identify potential risks

• Experience in developing and implementing new processes within an organization

• Strong analytical skills and ability to review metrics across the organization/enterprise/portfolio for trends
