Job Summary
Primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service including answering
phone calls responding to emails and closing client service tickets. The Customer Service
Representative serves as our customers primary point of contact within the company.
- Routine use of computers and phones
- Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Routine customer notification on testing status
- Routine coordination of incoming testing
- Maintain accurate client files and accounts
- Monitor status of testing for completion
Qualifications :
High school diploma required
- Preferred prior sample management experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; very strong organizational skills
- General familiarity with overall laboratory services and various regulatory programs is essential to success.
- Detail oriented; work independently yet be part of the team; satisfactory technical skills including logical thinking and deductive reasoning.
- Handle multiple priorities; professionalism; problem solving; handle medium stress level; organized thinking process; multitask; able to retain large amounts of information.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. In office required for training and onboarding then flexible up to 2 days remote. Some work performed in a warehouse setting with elevated noise levels
