Job Summary
Ford of Londonderry is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Person to work in our busy Parts Department.
Job Includes but not limited:
oAssist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries in person on phone and online
oIdentify locate and provide accurate parts using Fords electronic catalog system
oProcess parts orders returns and invoices efficiently
oMaintain inventory levels and organize stock for easy access
oWork closely with technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts
oProvide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
SKILLS
- Previous automotive experience (Ford)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency Experience with Automate system a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Valid Drivers License
