- Assist lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities for infants.
- Provide a safe nurturing and engaging environment for infants to explore and learn.
- Monitor and document infants progress and developmental milestones.
- Support the hygiene and feeding routines of infants in care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs daily activities and milestones.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with children parents and staff members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Prior experience working with infants or in a childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience creativity and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible schedule including availability for shifts during weekdays.
