Join our Data and Analytics Enablement team!
Position Responsibilities:
Hands-on technical skills in developing batch and real-time data pipelines DevOps pipelines and end-to-end processes in Microsoft Azure data and analytics PaaS services.
Lead the agile software development process including roadmap planning cross-team coordination task assignments code reviews sprint demos and design review and sign-off.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions collaborating with development teams architects and business analysts to ensure consistency to enterprise standards architecture and technologies. Deliver modernization of enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies designing and building data pipelines data streams and data service APIs.
Develop and maintain data warehouse schematics layouts architectures and relational/non-relational databases for data access and advanced analytics. Expose data to end-users using Power BI Azure API apps or other visualization platforms.
Mentor other staff members and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and across departments. Find opportunities for architectural initiatives and make recommendations to improve scalability and robustness of platforms and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing data warehouses and ETL tools with a focus on Azure Data Engineering.
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and automation using Azure Data Factory and Databricks and PySpark.
Strong expertise in Azure Databricks Azure Data Lake Azure SQL Databases Azure Data Factory.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Jenkins and Azure DevOps to configure and build CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI).
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a team-oriented collaborative work place.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing APIs and UI/UX solutions preferably within the Azure ecosystem.
Proficiency in applying Azure services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions Azure API Management Azure Logic Apps/DevOps for building and deploying API-based solutions.
Strong understanding of API security practices such as OAuth flows.
Proficiency in using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for containerized deployment and orchestration of API-based solutions.
Familiarity with Azure Container Registry (ACR) for storing and running container images securely.

Salary range is expected to be between
$94220.00 CAD - $174980.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location.
