Job Summary
Position: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Job Description:
* Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
* Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
* Screen resumes applications and select qualified candidates
* Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
* Assists with the interview process attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors
* Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process identifying and recommending salary ranges incentives start dates and other pertinent details
* Coordinating preemployment screenings distributing background checks and administrative work before the client starts
* Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards client referrals & previous contractors
* Identifying potential sales leads
Projected Earnings:
* Year 1: 45k-55k
* Year 2: 50k-75k
* Year 3: 70k-100k

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree
* Customer Service experience preferred

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
o8am - 5pm
Work Location: In person on-site 5 days a week
