Job Summary
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Banking Transformation Lead position! This is a 6 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- As part of a large-scale transformation project lead multiple teams to document business requirements and future-state process flows to guide the creation of test scripts for system implementation.
- Individually lead complex critical and highly visible projects for the division.
- Provide analytical expertise in planning results analysis governance content complex data set interpretation and data structure optimization.
- Consider stakeholder perspectives address objections and drive resolution and action.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Directly or indirectly manage teams of 1020 people.
- Ensure compliance with the companys risk regulatory and internal control standards.
What Youll Need to Have:
- Experience in leading documentation of business requirements process flows and test cases
- Experience leading teams on large-scale projects (e.g. system migrations business transformation)
- Experience with Loan Servicing operations and/or technology (i.e. AFSVision LoanIQ Fiserv)
- Prior experience managing cross-functional initiatives tied to strategic business goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights to leadership.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering and support test script development for system implementations.
- Background in Banking Servicing and/or Operations is preferred.
Pay Range:$45-$55/hr
