Required Qualifications
A doctoral degree in Exercise Science Anatomy or a related field with demonstrated teaching and prosection/dissection experience in Anatomy is required for a tenure-track appointment and is preferred for a non-tenure-track appointment. Candidates with a masters degree in Exercise Science (or related field) will be considered for appointment as an Instructor.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition all candidates will be evaluated on the following: Evidence of teaching effectiveness or the potential to be an effective teacher in human cadaver anatomy and other classes Evidence of commitment to liberal arts and sciences education Strong oral and written communication skills Evidence or demonstrated potential for developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students Evidence of scholarly productivity or the potential to be a productive scholar (tenure-track only) Evidence or demonstrated potential for mentoring student-led research (tenure-track only)
