As our new Medical Mind you will become part of a bright close-knit international team in The this key position within our expanding Dutch team you will help shape and advance Lusciis digital health programmes. By doing so you will make a real difference in the daily lives of both patients and healthcare professionals.

Acting as one of our Medical Mind in the Netherlands at Luscii you will play a key role in shaping how Lusciis technology enhances patient outcomes. In close collaboration with Dutch hospitals general practitioners and healthcare organizations care pathways are designed and tailored to align with national guidelines and local needs ensuring clinical safety and operational relevance.

You will co-design with care professionals programmes to add to Lusciis extensive library of over 200 clinical programmes. Your clinical expertise enables you to engage in meaningful dialogues with healthcare professionals and stakeholders fostering long-term trust and engagement.

Your core responsibilities will and could be:

• Work alongside Dutch hospitals general practitioners and healthcare organisations to build and optimise Lusciiʼs care programmes;

• Leverage the full potential of Lusciis technology to design innovative clinically effective workflows;

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dutch clinical guidelines regulatory frameworks best practices and digital health standards;

• Join meetings with healthcare partners and prospects to offer clinical insights and foster long-term relationships;

• Facilitate smooth adoption by translating clinical needs into clear actionable insights for technical teams;

• Determine the fit between the clinical needs of new (international) customers and the Luscii product.

The ideal candidate

probably doesnt exist but if you can tick most of the boxes below wed love to hear from you!

• Youre a medical doctor and passionate about digital health and transformation with hands-on experience in hospital primary or community care;

• Comfortable navigating between both clinical and tech environments;

• A natural collaborator who easily builds trust and connection. You are open to visiting (potential) healthcare partners for in-person meetings when needed;

• Confident constructive and not afraid to say no if necessary;

• Clear in communication eager to learn and to develop yourself further;

• Curious about self-managing holacratic work cultures and ready to thrive in an agile and creative environment;

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

This position requires you to be resident in The Netherlands. There is no use in submitting an application if you are not resident in The Netherlands or do not have a native command of the Dutch language.
