Job Title: Document Control Specialist

- Production Department
- Planning Department
- Sales Department
- Engineering Department
- Warehouse Department
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Release bulk and finished good products for production in accordance with the planned schedule.
- Create and maintain Material Dispositions to track disposals.
- Update and maintain accurate statuses in NetSuite for both bulk products and finished goods.
- Review external laboratory results to ensure product quality meets required specifications.
- Distribute validation results to the Engineering Department for review and action.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) tailored to each customers requirements.
- Create customer approval documents as required to support product release and shipment.
- Complete and file batch cards accurately to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production engineering warehouse sales and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain product integrity.
- Reach out to vendors to request and obtain required documentation for compliance and quality purposes.
- Assist in managing customer complaints as needed.
Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
2-3 years of experience in the Cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering
