Transfer Team Member in MFEX Operational Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer booking and validation overlooking instructions at every stage of the lifecycle and taking actions accordingly
• Contract Note Management making sure transfers are settled in a timely manner chasing missing contract notes from the Transfer Agents
• Reconciliation Support investigating and solving breaks linked to Transfer Team
• Client Counterparty and TA communication - responding to queries from clients TAs and internal teams regarding transfer status and booking issues monitoring and addressing complaints from clients or counterparties
• Close coordination with internal MFEX teams and external Transfer Agents to ensure smooth operational workflows

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience in a similar position ideally within financial services or a related field
• Adaptability and the ability to navigate diverse situations with ease
• Dependable flexible and proactive approach to work
• Positive mindset and a collaborative team spirit
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A university degree in Financial Services or a related discipline is preferred
