You will make contributions that matter in the following ways:

Office & Facilities Coordination

Support the smooth running of daily office operations in Weybridge including the staff restaurant

Escalate facilities-related issues to the Manager HR Services as needed

Attend Health & Safety meetings and support follow-up actions including ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and Mental Health First Aiders

HR & Project Administration

Provide high-quality administrative support across HR initiatives and projects

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into systems such as Workday

Manage purchase orders for both HR and Facilities departments

Policy Advice & Process Expertise

Offer clear accurate guidance to managers and employees on tier-one employment policies (e.g. maternity compassionate leave)

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in key HR processes including starters leavers Learning & Development Employee Relations and Benefits

Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation company policies and relevant regulations

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with the wider HR team to escalate queries to specialist teams (e.g. Payroll Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits)

Challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Youre best suited to the role if you are:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel Outlook Word and Teams
• Experienced in office or administrative roles with a focus on customer service and support
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and building strong working relationships
• Curious and solutions-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
