Job Summary

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Working hours: 8 hours per day

Contract duration: 4 weeks onsite (training included)

Join our Customer Care team and help customers get the most out of their Fitbit products. As a Polish & English Support Specialist youll assist with orders deliveries and product setup ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with Fitbit products orders and deliveries

Requirements:

Fluent Polish and strong command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive empathetic approach to customer service
Willingness to relocate to Sofia
