Business Development Manager Isotank Transportation
Location: Belgium Netherlands or Spain
About the Role
Our client is an international logistics company specializing in isotank container transportation. As part of their European expansion they are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their presence in Belgium the Netherlands or the United Kingdom.
The role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in isotank or liquid bulk logistics capable of driving growth securing new clients and expanding business opportunities in these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers in isotank transportation across the assigned region.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in chemical petrochemical and related industries.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market developments to provide insights and strategies.
- Meet and exceed defined sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in isotank transportation or liquid bulk logistics.
- Established client network in Belgium the Netherlands or United Kingdom highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven proactive and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch French) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market.
