Clinical Director needed in Gloversville NY

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Overseeing and developing the assigned clinic programs including hiring supervision evaluation and scheduling
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of best practice clinical standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
- Provide coaching support and mentorship to therapists to promote professional growth.
- Serve as an active member of the organizations leadership team.
- Support and advance the agencys mission goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Clear and active LCSW LMSW or LMHC-D license in the state of New York
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent verbal and written skills
