Number of Beds : 3 OR 1 C-section suite 1 Procedure Room Patient Ratios : 1:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Scrub tech SPD tech Type of equipment : Stryker Towers Stryker Scopis Werewolf. Documentation system: Medhost CQI Scheduling requirements: 8 hours days with call one day a weekend and one weekend a month Floating policy: as needed within scope of practice Patient Experience requirements: Pediatric to GeriatricHospital Specifics- Certifications: CNOR preferred CST BLS (ACLS PALS ) for RN
