Director of Industrial Channel Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking a trailblazer to build and scale the Offline Condition Monitoring Partner ecosystem into the largest revenue-generating segment in the company. This is a zero-to-one role not maintain and grow. Youll architect the program from scratch with a bold target of $7.5M revenue by 2026.

If you are comfortable being the first the pioneer and directly accountable for results in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and scale a global partner ecosystem for offline condition monitoring.
Recruit onboard and enable 50 partners across industrial services condition monitoring and MRO sectors.
Drive first partnerships to revenue within 612 months.
Leverage expertise in vibration analysis ultrasonic testing thermography oil analysis and motor current signature analysis to build credibility.
Collaborate with leading vendors (SKF Emerson CSI Fluke Pruftechnik).
Build and manage a hunter/BDR team (35 people) with aggressive goals.
Own multi-million-dollar revenue targets and design partner incentive structures.
Travel up to 3040% for partner meetings events and team development.

Ideal Candidate

812 years experience building channel ecosystems from scratch (SaaS industrial IoT or technology).
Proven success establishing 50 industrial/MRO partner relationships.
Strong hands-on expertise in offline condition monitoring techniques.
Existing network within the predictive maintenance (PdM) community in the Americas.
Experience managing BDR teams and scaling processes in high-growth environments.
Entrepreneurial resilient and thrives in ambiguity.
Familiarity with LATAM industrial markets (preferred).
