Job Summary
Location: Doha Qatar
Project: Civil Construction Works
Contract Type: 1-year (extendable)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day 6 days/week
Benefits: Food transportation accommodation and PPE provided
Role Purpose
The Civil Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations supervising workers and ensuring civil works are executed according to project plans safety standards and quality requirements. This role is critical in coordinating manpower materials and equipment to achieve project targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the project site.

Assign tasks to workers monitor performance and ensure work quality.

Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and safety regulations.

Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress against targets.

Liaise with engineers supervisors and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

Report site progress manpower and resource usage to project management.

Ensure proper use and care of equipment tools and materials.

Maintain discipline safety and productivity among the workforce.
Requirements
-
Diploma or technical qualification in Civil/Construction (preferred not mandatory).

58 years of experience in civil construction projects with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete masonry formwork finishing etc.).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Fluency in English for communication and reporting.
