What Youll Do

• Plan launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Google Ads TikTok Snapchat LinkedIn and other channels.
• Drive full-funnel performance marketing for D2C brands from audience research to conversion optimization.
• Analyze performance metrics leveraging tracking attribution and analytics tools to continuously refine strategy.
• Craft and adapt campaigns for GCC audiences tailoring messaging and visuals to market trends and cultural nuances.
• Partner closely with creative and leadership teams to align media spend with business goals.
• Experiment test and iterate to deliver measurable ROI and sustained growth.

What You Bring

• 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
• Proven success in D2C performance marketing and lead generation.
• Deep GCC market knowledge platform behavior language and advertising norms.
• Expertise in data tracking attribution and reporting.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with creative flair.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic copywriting is a strong advantage).
• Proactive self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely.
