Youll be part of an experienced engineering team developing full life-cycle control systems for bespoke automation and vision-based machinery from concept through design programming commissioning and support.
What youll do:

Design and specify complete control systems panels and electrical layouts.
-
Program PLCs and HMIs (Siemens / Allen Bradley) for industrial automation systems.
-
Produce wiring diagrams terminal plans and layouts in AutoCAD Electrical.
-
Create specifications process flow diagrams and control architectures.
-
Commission and integrate systems across UK and international sites.
-
Support electrical fitting testing and problem-solving during build and installation.
-
Maintain and upgrade existing control systems.
What youll need:
-
3 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley).
-
Strong background in industrial automation safety circuits and electrical control gear.
-
Experience designing panels and schematics in AutoCAD Electrical (or similar).
-
Understanding of communication protocols (Profinet Profibus EtherNet/IP etc).
-
Logical thinker with strong organisational and communication skills.
