Job Summary
The Material Planner Component Stores is responsible for planning coordinating and executing the movement of components and materials across the shop floor to support production schedules. This hands-on role ensures timely availability of parts maintains inventory accuracy and facilitates efficient material flow between workstations and storage locations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in material planning inventory control or production coordination.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aerospace or fastener manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
