Job Summary
Position: DevOps / Technical Lead
Location: Remote (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents Only)
Security Clearance: Public Trust
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps / Technical Lead to oversee DevOps activities for systems migration projects and manage stable cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS CI/CD pipelines containerization and infrastructure-as-code with experience supporting secure and scalable federal systems. This role requires strong leadership hands-on technical expertise and the ability to drive innovation in DevSecOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead DevOps automation configuration management and continuous integration activities.
Manage AWS cloud infrastructure including deployment monitoring and operational support.
Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Perform security scans test automation continuous delivery and production deployments.
Collaborate with development security and technical teams to ensure stable secure and scalable environments.
Leverage open-source tools and modern DevSecOps practices to improve operational efficiency.
Drive continual technology advancement through agile collaborative environments.
Lead administration automation process improvements and technology best practice recommendations.
Provide investigations analyses and actionable recommendations to optimize systems and processes.
Required Experience & Skills:
8 years of DevOps engineering experience supporting large-scale systems.
Strong expertise in AWS CI/CD containerization infrastructure-as-code and automation.
Knowledge of DevSecOps tools cloud operations and open-source technologies.
Experience with API Gateway (APIGW) and large-scale system applications.
Proven leadership in guiding teams mentoring and process improvement.
Education & Certification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
SAFe Agile Certification required.
