The Opportunity

We are seeking a Work Management Centre (WMC) Technical Subject Matter Expert based in Auckland Monday to Friday 8:30am to role is critical to delivering exceptional customer service across the business work groups that continually improves and grows the relationships with our customers.

Proactively assisting the WMC to be a centre of excellence by taking ownership having a positive can do did do attitude being productive and achieving SLAs/KPIs and following

What we are looking for

Background in Copper/fibre is desirable
Technical skills experience and qualifications as required
Appreciation of fundamental aspects of business including operation and basic financial
Supporting the coordination and delivery of Projects whilst working on BAU tasks
Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills including issue and conflict resolution.
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of service and products
Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment.
Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving the team goals
