Part-Time Mall Security Supervisor
Location: Auburn MA
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
Pay: $18.77 per hour
About the Role:
Were seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Supervisor to support daily operations in a retail this role youll assist in leading the on-site security team ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers tenants and staff. Youll report directly to the Security Manager and serve as a key point of contact for officers during your shift.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
Conduct patrols and ensure coverage of all posts
Respond to incidents emergencies and tenant concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor CCTV and access control systems as needed
Assist with training scheduling and performance feedback
Complete incident and activity reports accurately and on time
Maintain strong communication with the Security Manager and mall management
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory or lead experience in security or customer service preferred
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Must be able to stand walk and patrol for extended periods
