Job Summary

*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Manager position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Manage multiple small-sized projects under the direction of a more senior Project Manager.
Ensure familiarity with scope and objectives establishing clear team responsibilities.
Create and maintain detailed project plans including forecasts work breakdown structures budgets risk and communication plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders and align expectations.
Monitor project execution manage changes to scope/schedule/costs and execute change controls.
Track performance using appropriate metrics and tools apply corrective actions as needed.
Lead and mentor project teams to improve performance and morale.
Support larger project initiatives as directed by senior management.
Adhere to companys risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as necessary.

What Youll Need to Have:

Proficiency in building/utilizing JIRA Dashboards and Power BI for project tracking
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong communication coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery teams and deadlines
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (1 year in project management) OR:
In lieu of a degree: 4 years of higher education/work experience with at least 1 year in project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools

Pay Range:$34-$44/hr
