Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
New Berlin WI Plastic Manufacturing Facility
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery conveyors pneumatic systems and electrical equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders to identify issues and plan repairs.
Rebuild or replace defective components and install new functional or structural parts.
Operate shop tools (lathe drill press grinder etc.) to fabricate or repair machine parts.
Recommend process improvements to enhance equipment performance safety and efficiency.
What You Bring
2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use precision measuring tools testing instruments and basic hand/power tools.
Associate degree or technical certification preferred; Journeyman status a plus.
Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs (with assistance) and working on feet for extended periods.
Schedule & Pay
3rd Shift:Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 7 AM
Starting Pay:$27/hour and up (based on experience)
