Program Director - Intensive Family Services
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care in Somerville as the Program Director - Intensive Family Services!
Our amazing Intensive Community Services (ICS) team provides in-home intensive clinical case management and treatment for children enrolled in DMH Serviceswho are at risk for out-of-home placement. The Teamprovides home-based clinical case management including family work case management services brief respite and one-on-one support for family members.
The Program Director manages the clinical and administrative functions of the Intensive Community Services.
The Director will supervise a multidisciplinary teamproviding leadership and consultation regarding further developing and implementing our clinical model.
Salary:
- $75500.00/year for unlicensed/LCSW clinicians
- $78500.00/year for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC)
Schedule:Full Time 40 hours
- Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity and flexibility are strongly preferred
Required Experience
- Masters in Social Work or other mental health discipline required; independent licensure preferred.
- A minimum of two post-Masters level experience in providing home-based family therapy and wraparound services
- Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership and team building skills
