Role overview
We seek an Art Director to join our dynamic team dedicated to generating innovative ideas and concepts for our clients. This role involves crafting creative solutions for a wide range of projects including advertisements conceptual campaigns sales materials social media and more.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and conceptualisation of creative projects ensuring alignment with client brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and present design concepts effectively.
- Define the visual style aesthetics and design elements for projects while ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of designers and creative professionals.
- Oversee project execution maintaining quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
Wed love to hear from you if you
- Are a native Swedish or English speaker (native Swedes must have strong English skills)
- Have 5 years of art direction experience (agency in-house or freelance).
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio of creative campaigns and design work across multiple channels.
- Is a collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work.
- Thrive in fast-paced complex environments and maintain a positive professional attitude.
