A high-performing secondary school in Dorset is seeking a dedicated Art ECT to join its vibrant Art Department from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent role ideal for a teacher who believes in the power of creativity to inspire confidence and expression.
The Role
You will teach Art & Design across KS3KS5 delivering engaging lessons that help students experiment with media and develop their own artistic voice. The department encourages innovation collaboration and project-based learning and youll have opportunities to support school exhibitions art clubs and community projects.
Youll receive full support through a structured ECT induction programme with a personal mentor and ongoing professional development to help you grow as an educator.
