Customer Service Coordinator at The NSS Group

Part of NSS Maintenance

27000 per annum

About the Job:

This isnt your typical desk-based role. As a Customer Service Coordinator youll be at the heart of our operations building lasting client relationships solving problems in real time and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the UK.

Your job will include:

  • Accepting and processing work orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Building strong long-term relationships with a small portfolio of clients
  • Scheduling and coordinate reactive jobs and managing client enquiries
  • Supporting our field operatives to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Build internal relationships with different departments

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within construction or the building industry
  • Strong PC skills and confidence in learning new systems
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
