Job Summary
Reconstructive Surgery Outpatient Clinic - this is not a PACU position or outpatient surgery center. This is a CLINIC Required: * BLS and ACLS * 3 years Outpatient/Ambulatory exp * Epic experience * CA license Shift: 5xunable to accommodate scheduling requests Position / Specialty: RN Outpatient Years of experience REQ: 3-5 years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No Certs REQ: BLS and ACLS Is on-call REQ No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes Locals accepted: Yes with a 50 minute commute or less Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: None in the first month of assignment Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic Scrub Color: Solid Color Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free or Parking Pass Job Duties: Provide detailed information to patients regarding test preparations time of patients scheduled arrival and any other directional information needed; take appropriate action in responding to questions from patients in a timely manner; obtain prior authorizations and entering surgery referral requests; ensure patients have pre-surgical medical clearance and results are received prior to surgery; review consents and facilitate pre-op and post-op appointments with patients
