Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead full lifecycle project management for front-end web application development integrated with FIS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development QA business analysts and FIS stakeholders).
- Manage project scope schedules budgets and deliverables for successful outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Oversee API integrations between front-end and back-end systems/services.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.
- Provide regular project status reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Requires 10 years project management experience in software development/implementation.
- Experience with front-end projects and API/back-end integrations; FIS system familiarity preferred.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills required.
- PMP Scrum Master or similar certifications preferred.
- Preferred: Experience in financial services or retirement plan administration hands-on Agile/Scrum practice and technical familiarity with web technologies and APIs.
