Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (Angiography) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical competence compassionate care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced angiography environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand and pay close attention to each patients needs.

  • Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around in a close-knit team headed by our Head of Cardiology.

  • Gain valuable experience of new practices equipment and facilities.

  • Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and IT skills.

  • Maintain flexibility with working patterns as required.

Primary Skills:

  • NMC registration with at least 2 years of experience in a busy Angiography lab.

  • Competency in Phlebotomy Cannulation and Intravenous drug administration.

  • BLS/ILS certification.

  • Strong knowledge in Cardiology Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular diseases and their treatment.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Radiation Protection.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Exposure to advanced interventional radiology or cardiology procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an Angiography or Cath Lab environment.

  • Relevant certifications in life support and IV administration.
